Here at Modish Art, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be happy with our products and services and as such offer a 15 day return policy on all of our art glass. If you are not happy with the art piece you have purchased from us, you have 15 days from the date you receive the shipment to either exchange it for a another piece or return it for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not refund the shipping amount.
Broken/Damaged Items
Although this rarely happens, if your purchase was broken or damaged when it arrived you will need to put in a claim with UPS and call us immediately. We also ask that you please save all the packaging for insurance purposes.
